Scheduled Outage Update

Due to the extreme weather conditions that the UK has been affected by as of late, We have had to reschedule the migration date from the 5th March to the 12th March 2018.

We have created a duplicate hosting server to attempt to keep most of our services, help center and support along with websites on line during this period but advise that their MAY be some anomalies with the temporary server.

All clients with hosted domains through VAU Networks will automatically have their domains updated to point to the new IP address of our Hosting service on or before the 12th, IF You do not have domains hosted with ourselves please ensure you update your "NS1" A Record to our new NS1 Address around the 11th.

We have put alot of hard work into trying to make this migration as seamless as possible but cannot guarantee that everything will be completely operational whilst the physical units are in transit to the new datacenter in Bristol.

Can we also please advise all clients with hosted websites to refrain from updating your website files or conducting any tasks on your billing/hosting accounts (between the period of the 11th-13th) until the migration has been fully completed. Any changes made during the migratory perid will be lost as the temporary server will be terminated once the servers have been installed and are operating automatically from our new ip ranges.

Please note that the expected migration date is not anticipated to change, However we will let you know should this need amending nearer the time.
